Mission Statement
Our mission is to deliver intentional, ethical, and culturally responsive Applied Behavior Analysis services that create meaningful and measurable change in the lives of children and their families.
We are committed to clinical excellence, transparent collaboration, and individualized care that honors each child’s strengths, dignity, and potential.
Through integrity in practice and purpose in every decision, we strive to build trust, empower families, and produce lasting outcomes — not just temporary progress.
Face to Face ABA, LLC, Model
At Face to Face ABA, LLC, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use the science of Applied Behavior Analysis to change behavior. Following the results of an initial assessment, we create unique, individualized programs for each child. We focus on manipulating behavior by identifying functions of behavior and implementing researched strategies based on function. Our primary goal is to teach children to communicate their wants and needs, while using verbal behavior to decrease problem behavior and increase socially appropriate behaviors.
Our BCBAs train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on the principles of ABA and how to apply them in a controlled environment. Face to Face ABA, LLC features a 1:1 technician to child ratio. Our BCBAs guarantee fidelity and quality care. The BACB recommends at least 2 hours of supervision for every 10 hours of direct treatment as the standard for care, with a minimum of 2 hours per week.

About Face to Face ABA LLC
Face to Face ABA, LLC formed in 2024 in response to a genuine need for quality care for children and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in addition to bringing awareness to more cultural competency in the field which lacked diversity and understanding. Face to Face ABA, LLC combines the use of different ABA models, including the Greg Hanley Practical skills and ACT. We believe children learn through their environment by using Naturalistic Environmental Teaching (NET) and the families unique culture. About Face to Face ABA LLC
Face to Face ABA, LLC was established in 2024 with the distinct mission of delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children and families impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), concurrently addressing the imperative for enhanced cultural competency and diversity within the profession.
Our practice incorporates a range of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies, including Dr. Greg Hanley’s Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA/SBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). A core principle of our philosophy is the tenet that children attain optimal learning outcomes within their natural environments and cultural context, which is facilitated by the implementation of Naturalistic Environmental Teaching (NET). We place high value on and systematically integrate each family's distinct cultural background into the therapeutic process.
Non-Discriminatory Policy
Face to Face ABA, LLC does not discriminate against therapy on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, nationality, or ethnic origin during the admissions procedures, in the administration of its policies, in financial aid programs or in any other facet of the company.
